Breaking out of the Box is about an orderly calm space that breaks into a movement of colors and shapes and into the realm of new possibilities. This piece was a challenge to myself to break out of the box of order and the known and into the world of abstraction and the unknown. A question that arises is what is more appealing , the calmness of the contained box or the excitement of the unknown?
